For admins
The Admin area is where staff manage people, content, access, billing, and add-ons. Open Admin from the user menu (requires permission to view the admin dashboard).

People CRM tools live in a separate section: People Followup.
Recommended setup order
- Complete Get Paid (Stripe Connect) if you will charge for plans or courses
- Configure Global Settings (branding, labels, policies)
- Enable needed Add-Ons
- Create Roles & Permissions for your team
- Invite or create Users
- Set Subscription Access if pages should be gated
- Enable People Followup when you are ready for CRM workflows
Permissions vs add-ons
- Permissions control who on your staff can perform an action
- Add-ons control whether a feature exists at all for the community
Even Super Admin needs an add-on enabled before People Followup (or other add-on features) appear.
