Notifications

The notification bell in the header collects in-app alerts so you do not miss important activity.

Open the bell, read alerts, and jump to the related content.

Open notifications​

  1. Select the bell icon in the header.
  2. Browse recent alerts.
  3. Open an item to jump to the related post, message, live, course, or other destination.
  4. Mark items as read when available.

What you might be notified about​

Examples include:

  • Likes and comments
  • New followers
  • Live streams
  • Direct messages
  • Subscriptions and courses
  • People SMS activity (for staff with People Followup)
  • Content reports (for admins)

Infinity Center Web App does not currently include a separate notification preferences screen. Alerts appear in the in-app bell dropdown.
