Subscriptions

Some communities unlock pages (home, blogs, videos, and more) through paid plans. Manage yours from the user menu.

Compare plans, check out, and cancel a subscription.

View plans​

  1. Open the user menu.
  2. Choose Subscriptions.
  3. Review available plans and pricing.

Subscribe​

  1. Choose a plan.
  2. Complete checkout.
  3. Return to the gated page you wanted to access.

Cancel​

On the Subscriptions page, use the cancel option for your active plan. Access may continue until the current billing period ends, depending on how the product is configured.

If you cannot open a page​

Subscription Access settings map products to page areas. If you land on Subscriptions unexpectedly, a plan is required for that page — subscribe or ask an admin which plan includes it.
