Create an account

Most people join Infinity Center Web App by registering with an email address. Some communities only allow invites, and some let you claim an existing People profile if staff already have your contact on file.

Walkthrough of registration, invite-only signup, and claiming an existing profile.

Register with email​

  1. Open your community’s website.
  2. Choose Community Sign Up.
  3. Enter your name, email, and password (and any other required fields).
  4. Submit the form and verify your email if prompted.
tip

After you register, open My Profile from the user menu to add a bio, photo, and other details.

Invite-only communities​

If your community uses Registration By Invite Only, the public Community Sign Up option may be unavailable.

  1. Check your email for an invitation from your community.
  2. Open the invite link.
  3. Create your password on the Create password screen.
  4. Sign in with your new credentials.

Ask an admin to send a new invite if the link expired.

Claim an existing People profile​

If your community uses the People Followup add-on, staff may already have a record for you.

During signup you may be asked to:

  1. Confirm whether you already appear in the community’s People list
  2. Verify with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone or email
  3. Claim that profile so it connects to your new account

This keeps your history in one place instead of creating a duplicate record.
