Sign in

Use the Login option in the header (or user menu on mobile) to access your community.

Password login, one-time codes, and password reset.

Sign in with email and password​

  1. Choose Login.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Submit to open the home feed.

Sign in with a one-time code (OTP)​

Some communities offer OTP login (for example via SMS or email).

  1. On the login screen, choose the OTP option if it appears.
  2. Enter the contact info requested.
  3. Submit the code you receive.
  4. Continue into the community.

OTP availability depends on how your community is configured.

Reset a forgotten password​

  1. On the login screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email on your account.
  3. Open the reset link from your email.
  4. Choose a new password and save.

If you do not receive the email, check spam, confirm the address, or ask an admin to send a reset from the Users admin screen.

Sign out​

Open the user menu and choose Log Out.
