People Followup
People Followup is an add-on for pastoral and operational follow-up. It stores People records (CRM contacts) — separate from member Users who can sign in.
:::info Add-on required Enable People Followup under Admin → Add-Ons before any People screens appear. This applies to everyone, including Super Admin. :::

- Enable the add-on
- Configure Organization, Questions, and Follow-ups
- Import or create People
- Work person records (Profile / Text / Email tabs)
- Build Sequences and SMS Groups for scale
- Optionally enable the public add form
SMS features additionally need Twilio messaging configured for your community.
