SMS Inbox

SMS Inbox is the shared inbound text queue for People Followup (requires Twilio messaging).

Open the inbox​

Go to Admin → SMS Inbox.

Typical workflow​

  1. Review new inbound messages.
  2. Open the related person when you need full context.
  3. Reply from the inbox or the person’s Text tab.
  4. Continue follow-up checklist items on the person profile.

For outbound broadcasts to many people, use SMS Groups.
